This support page is for people who have downloaded any of our premium 3D games. All our 3D games are developed for the Microsoft Windows platform using Macromedia Director utilising the Shockwave 3D game engine. This requires that you have the latest Shockwave Player installed on your PC before you can play any our 3D games. |

If you encounter any difficulties with any of our 3D games please follow these simple steps which solve the vast majority of problems reported. Usually, just downloading the latest Shockwave Player in step 1 fixes any problems - if it does not then move on through each step:
1. Download the latest Shockwave Player from Adobe (formerly Macromedia).
2. Download the latest Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft. This is the Windows platform technology that drives high-speed multimedia and games on the PC and is utilised by all our 3D games.
3. Ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed. The 3D performance of your PC is dependent on your graphics card so it is essential you keep it's software up-to-date to ensure compatibility with 3D games. Most graphic drivers can be downloaded from your graphics card manafacturers web site - the major two are given below:
NVIDIA
- makers of the GeForce range
ATI
- makers of the Radeon range |
